Classflows is an online class booking and school management platform operated by Owlhaven Academy Pty Ltd. We provide software and related services to schools, education providers, and their authorised users.
By using Classflows, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
If you access Classflows on behalf of a school or business, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that your information is accurate and up to date.
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, booking details, pricing, class capacity, cancellation rules, and website content. Schools are also responsible for managing their own users and keeping account access secure.
Classflows helps schools manage bookings, payments, and related communications. When a parent or guardian makes a booking, they are entering into an arrangement with the school providing the class or service.
Payment processing may be handled through our payment providers, including Stripe. We may deduct platform fees, processing fees, or other charges agreed with the school from the relevant payout or billing flow.
Schools may be charged on a subscription basis, with usage-based top-ups where applicable. Billing is based on the plan and settings shown in the Classflows admin portal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If billing is paused, overdue, or otherwise restricted, we may suspend access to some or all services until the account is brought back into good standing.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or publish through Classflows. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Classflows, including its software, branding, designs, and documentation, remains our property or the property of our licensors.

We aim to keep Classflows available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Classflows, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.
We may update Classflows or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
